Word-processing |
A maximum of 5 copies (single sided) in black & white and an envelope are included in the hourly rate. Colour prints will be charged at £0.50 p/page. Further B&W copies will be charged at £0.25 p/page. |

PA & General Administration |
All costs including postage, stationery, telephone calls, etc will be charged at cost. |
|
Transcription |
Includes a printed copy of your document. Please note time may vary depending on the quality of recording and other contributing factors such as accents and the number of people involved. |

Publications |
Newsletters, etc – A single color copy of the publication is included in the hourly rate. Further color prints will be charged at £1.00 p/page. |

Financial |
Invoicing, etc – All costs including postage, stationery, telephone calls, etc will be charged at cost. |

Presentations |
Design and set up is included in hourly rate or retainer fee. If you require anything out of the ordinary, extra costs will be charged at cost. |

Where there are extra costs of phone-calls, courier, stationery, postage, etc this is not included and will be added to the final invoice.
